Have you been in a situation where you saw a picture of yourself photographed together with people who were “healthy”? They are energetic, fitter and less stressed. Here you are looking at your image in a mirror asking yourself: “What do they have that I don’t have? I am fit but I am so stressed out and less energetic…I am not that fat nor am I that thin. What’s wrong with me?” or you might have this conversation in your head – “I will never lose the weight that I wanted to…it’s hard and it takes a lot of work. I can never look like them.”
